State of the Brain 6/11/10
Gunna start workin on some zombie fun in Left 4 dead and get some more 2d work on the site. Looks like ill be returning to school for my masters next winter. Be sure to check back in the future for new content on the site. Concept Art, Levels, Video's of Levels.

Checkin out Penny Arcade Expo tomorrow should be filled with tons of excitment !! As far as the art goes workin on levels and startin to mess with XNA so I can create a game for xbox live. New artwork as it is produced be sure to check back as my site is updated.

12-19-09: State Of the Brain
Happy Holidays viewers. I appreciate everyone who has viewed my site since its activation. Still workin on level design and my artwork in general. Recently I have decided to proceed with going back to school to learn what i need to start my own company. I think this is the path I wanna take now. I wanna be able to make the games I wanna make and I got plenty of ideas. Start of Small see where it goes. Thats the plan for now. But still gunna do what I can to update the site with new content as I finish projects. I have alot of projects from finishing my latest level to commin up with a couple game design documents for game ideas. Regardless I will get some new content as always.... as soon as I can.

11/14/09:
Progress... Ive been doing what I can to finish up my level mainly just need to fill in with props and set up the track, lighting etc. But thankfully the brushwork for the level is completed. Life's been pretty crazy as of late so I'm doing what I can to get some fresh content on here. Expect some new 2d work in the comming weeks.

With the lack of job possibilites it looks to be that going back to school may be the best thing to do. For now still workin on some levels and other various work. Currently building loggingrun for TF2 and some various 2d work just to keep all my skills up to date. Ill be adding new content as always as I finish.
I also want to say thanks for everyone who takes the time to look at my work and I'd appreciate any feedback where deemed necessary.

Up in Pittsburgh for a week to hunt for a possible job. Meanwhile I continue to work on levels in my spare time.
Level Revamp and New Projects
7/06/09:
I have decided to condense my work and remove some of my older projects. Currently I want to build upon my recent level projects in order to get them working so they can be released online. I've got various projects I am working on along with still trying to find a job while attempting to build the said experience needed. Several maps are in the works along with my two mods which have been put on my site. I will update as a build on each. Expect some new images in the future....
Back in the swing of things
5/1/09:
Feeling much better and will continue on the development of my Tank Depot level and concept development for the Left 4 dead mod Im developing along with the Viking game for xbox live. Although once the Tank Depot is done and concepts finished for L4D mod I will begin the development stage for the mod first as my next project.
Downtime with illness

Awaiting results from doctor to find out why Im sick so I can get better. But whatever the problem I need some time to rest. Although I will try to still continue to work on my mods and level im going to focus on getting better first

Its Been Awhile

I apologize for the lack of new content over the past few weeks I have several projects I have in development and mostly working on them alone. The COD map is still in the works along with some more 2d environment art. Currently still waiting on the SDK for Left 4 dead so I can begin development on my mod and I decided to work with a friend on building a side scroll beat-em-up for xbox live. Lately I have been more then busy still trying to find a job and get my name out there in the industry and I hope that my mod along with this arcade game will assist me in that.
Downtime

Still awaiting the release of the SDK for Left 4 Dead so I can continue to develop my mod. For the time being im going to continue to develop the tank depot level and update a few of my concept environment images by adding some color just to help get in the habit of workin with a Wacom tablet in photoshop. Expect some new stuff soon ...
L4D MOD
01/11/09:
Although the SDK for Left 4 Dead hasnt been released yet I have decided to develop a mod spanning several chapters and taking place in my hometown. Meanwhile my level for Call of Duty is still in the works expect some picture updates in the next few days as I continue to build.
More projects ahead
12-27-08:
Sub is completed on to the creation of my Call of Duty World at War map. This will be my first full level within the editor so hopefully I will have a rough build within a couple weeks. Stay tuned for details as we enter 2009. After this project I plan to develop some more high detailed props to mainly practice with my texture work along with some more misc. concept art.
Modeling and the Radiant Engine
12-18-08:
Finally downloaded the Radiant engine so I can build Call of Duty maps. Currently working on a submarine model in max then jumping to my new level based on a German Tank Depot. The 2d top down map can be located in my level design section. Stay tuned for updates and images from both projects.
Holiday Update
12-12-08 Seasons greetings to all
Christmas is around the corner and on to a new year. The latest level corrupted so making my best efforts to recreate what I lost thus far my efforts have been good and I expect to have ctf_Uprise (TwigsnOats) back in engine by the end of the weekend.
After that I plan to work in max for awhile to make some models for a possible level in the Unreal engine details for that to come soon
I appreciate all the views of my site and I hope those who have seen my work like what they see
Website work and TF2 map

Currently in between developing some new content for Boys and Girls Clubs of Middlesex County's website and finishing up my level in TF2. New content for my portfolio will arrive soon ...
New Projects
10-27-08:
Still developing the Twigs n Oats map for Team Fortress 2 which was a sudden idea I thought up. Other then that I started to mess with the Farcry 2 Level editor to see what it has to offer expect some levels to appear from that engine in the future. The TF2 map is still in the early building phase but I will get some screens up once the foundation work is down for most of the map.
Returned from Pittsburgh
10-17-08:
After a week visiting some friends in Pittsburgh back to the computer to work on new material. Currently will be developing some more models in max before I return to design a new level. This time it will be in the unreal engine and based off of a paintball field. More details to come later in the week.
Busy Busy
9-25-08: (Hallway) is being completed as I have time to finish in between work and building the website. Whatever spare time I have has been devoting to finish the hallway project and starting any new designs to help build upon my portfolio. Stay tuned for updates...

3d modeling update
9/5/08: Working on hand painting textures and gettin all textures in general ready for the "hallway" so I can finish it. I also developed a sketch of a level based off of a paintball field more to come on that once the hallway project ic completed
Labor Day weekend update
8-30-08: Got to many ideas going on...
I have completed both lightsabers in concept now I just need to render the images and post them on the site expect those sometime Monday night. I also have begun development on a small environment based in a sci-fi/tech hallway. This project will be used to work on lighting and continue building modeling skills.
Update
8-29-08: Lighthouse is coming along well and soon after I will work on my lightsaber ideas. Between work and developing my portfolio these projects should be finished soon I will upload new images as I complete.
New max projects
8-19-08: Currently developing concepts for a few max projects I tend to be working on. Concepts will be posted on site as soon as they are finished. These projects will included concept/model work/texture map.
Level update part 2
8-14-08: Level is finally in engine screen up in level design portion of portfolio one more day to fix any issues and the level should be good to go by this weekend
Level Update
8-13-08: So far so good the level should be done on schedule. I should have an in engine build by the end of tomorrow leaving me with Friday to clean up any lighting or other misc. issues.
Current state of portfolio
8-8-08 I have some current projects in the works once cp_refinery is completed which will display more of my talents and abilities in max. I will also have a freelance job soon with designing a new flash site for Eastern Paintball. Just trying to make good use of my time while I continue to search for a job.
